The Harvard Square Business Association is proud to announce the return of the 33rd Annual Oktoberfest and the HONK! Parade. Join us as we reclaim the streets for horns, bikes and feet! The parade departs Davis Square at noon and arrives in Harvard Square for Oktoberfest at 1:00pm. Please come early, grab a spot on Mass Avenue and enjoy a parade that is truly like no other. Over 30 bands from all over the United States and local community groups participate in the parade. The HONKers are an eclectic group of colorful, energizing, and outrageous talented musicians that are sure to delight all with their funky music and a strut in their step!

As in year's past, Oktoberfest features six stages of live entertainment by some of the most talented local and national performing artists around, including a main stage in the Super Crosswalk, a Club Passim stage, Church Street stage and HONK! Performers throughout the festival area. Alternative, Rock, Pop, Country or Folk, there is music to suit all tastes!

While enjoying the day at Oktoberfest, be sure to stop by the Cambridge Common where Re/MAX Destiny provides hot air balloon rides that provide beautiful arial views of Cambridge and the festival.

Is shopping your thing? Then there is no better place to be! Oktoberfest features over 200 stalls featuring unique crafts, clothing, vintage items, artwork and more. In addition, more than 50 international food vendors and three beer gardens will be on hand to quench your thirst and satisfy food cravings!

Don't forget the kids! Make sure your young ones take a ride on the Thomas Train ride. Oktoberfest is a family friendly event with activities for kids of all ages.
