SHOP for JAPAN RELIEF DAY

Nearing two weeks since the devastating earthquake and tsunami hit northeastern Japan the effects continue to be felt by huge numbers of people. Black Ink wishes to make a gesture of support and concern. Friday, March 25th will be Shop for Japan Relief Day at both Black Ink store locations at 5 Brattle Street in Harvard Square
and 101 Charles Street, Boston

Susan Corcoran, the owner of Black Inc. stated that, “We are pleased to announce that twenty percent of our total sales on March 25th will be sent to the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California. The JCCCNC is collecting funds for relief and will contribute 100% of the monies received to the Northern Japan Earthquake Relief Fund, which goes directly towards citizen relief efforts in the most affected areas. So please visit us on Friday and help us support our friends in Japan.” 

In addition Black Ink Harvard Square has produced 100 limited edition "Japan Relief" posters (pictured on right) retailing for $10 that will be sold as long as supplies last, 100 percent of the poster price will go directly towards Japan Relief efforts.
