Café Pamplona, located on 12 Bow Street, is Harvard Square’s oldest and one of it's most iconic coffee and tea houses.  Founded in 1958, it is the only café in Harvard Square with table service.  Opened Sunday thru Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until midnight, Café Pamplona features some of the world’s finest coffees and teas.  There are daily Panini and Tortilla Espanola specials and in the cold winter months from November through March, Café Pamplona has a daily offering of Sopa de Ajo (Garlic Soup). 

With a Spanish influence and outdoor seating, it is renowned as Harvard Square’s most “European” café.  Boston Magazine and the Improper Bostonian have both voted Café Pamplona as Harvard Square’s best coffee house.
