Dahn Yoga helps you to develop your innate, human potential so that you can live your life in a deeper, more fulfilling way because it is a holistic health practice. Unlike Indian forms of yoga, Dahn Yoga does not focus as much on perfecting certain postures, which is more of a technical skill, but rather emphasizes the inner experience of the exercises. This way, you not only get the benefits of a good workout, but you also learn how to release stress and tension from your mind and body, breath well, and develop positive habits and personal awareness that will change your life outside of the classroom!
Our classes include meridian stretching (Do-In), a form of qigong, related to tai chi, called DahnMuDo, energy sensitization and meditation exercises, core strengthening, and Brain Wave Vibration. All these exercises are designed to release tension from your body, and start to bring you to a healthier, happier, and more empowered place to not only look and feel better, but to start changing your life habits for the better too.
