Mission for Sellers:  Markets are constantly in flux, and the best price for a property can be a moving target. Overpricing a property can cause those in the marketplace to disregard it and lead to a lower sales price in the long run.  Under pricing a property  gives revenue away.  One must take market dynamics and competition into account when arriving at prices, and one must be willing to adjust quickly.  My goal is to get the best price possible and to make the complex transaction as easy as possible for you.

ePlace is a real estate brokerage firm based in Cambridge near Harvard and MIT on Massachusetts Avenue and serving primarily Cambridge, Somerville, Boston, and the Western suburbs. We handle both sales and rentals, from studios and condos to high-end rentals and multi-million dollar homes. Our office currently consists of 25 associates along with staff devoted to administration and marketing. ePlace was a finalist for Best Cambridge Small Business in 2009.
