In 2001 we completed the renovation of the Sage Building, at the corner of Brattle and Church Streets, for the Sage Family Trust and Richard Getz Associates. Also on Church Street is Fire and Ice restaurant, completed in 1997 for Jim Miller and Trinity Properties. We worked with Harvard Real Estate to revitalize Holyoke Center and create the Shops at Harvard Yard in 1993.
