Basic Cooking Skills and Techniques at Cambridge Center for Adult Education

Develop classic cooking skills that will help you both understand recipes and improvise, including essential knife skills and cuts of meat, where to shot, and kitchen equipment. The class will start with a knife skill. We’ll cook a full-course meal with appetizer, soup, main course, and dessert with some wine pairings. Each section will cover different cooking skills.
