Harvest, tucked along a cobblestone walkway in Harvard Square was celebrating farm-to-table cooking long before we even knew the phrase! Executive Chef Tyler Kinnett continues the cause, creating dishes evocative of New England classics updated with a contemporary hand. Kinnett joined Harvest in 2012, where he was able to showcase his produce-driven cooking and fresh, regional ingredients to develop vibrant flavors in a seasonally rotating menu, and he quickly moved up the ranks. He was instrumental in developing Harvest's multi-course tasting menu for the restaurant’s reopening after a brief closure in January 2015 for interior renovations. Kinnett is most comfortable in the Harvest kitchen sourcing local ingredients so they can shine on every Harvest plate. Pastry Chef Joshua Livsey’s creative and hand-crafted desserts round out a must-visit dining experience when visiting the Square.
