DESCRIPTION:Join us at BREATHE Cambridge for a FREE Pilates Fundraiser Classes with Lindsay and Baker\, to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. \nClass is FREE. Please make sure to donate instead ($20 suggested donation). \nA word from Lindsay: \n“I run for those who can’t. \n“I am so fortunate to be able to run and have muscles that work. Over the years of connecting with the MDA community\, I know that this is not something to take for granted. On August 30\, I will be running the Sydney\, Australia marathon and going for star seven of the World Marathon Majors in support of the MDA. I know I said I was done after Tokyo\, but not yet! I have completed Boston\, Chicago\, NYC\, Berlin\, London\, and Tokyo\, raising over $38K with one purpose in mind… to run for those who are not as fortunate. Let’s do one more to spread awareness for everyone with a muscle disease. \n“There is currently no cure for those with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). Money we raise will accelerate research\, advance care\, and advocate for the support of families living with DMD\, ALS\, and other neuromuscular diseases. Many boys with DMD are in a wheelchair by age 12. That’s all the motivation I need to do this for them.
