BREATHE WORKSHOP: GOATA Recode™️: Groundwork 101 w/ Lucas

The GOATA Recode method focuses on functional movement of the human body and the natural pressure wave that happens through the body as we move. In Groundwork 101 we will learn the basics of how pressure distributes through the body as we sit, walk and run. We will introduce several groundwork movements to begin to correct misalignments and to decompress compacted and stuck areas of the system. We will also cover natural ground resting positions that can be used throughout the day that will help you maintain a functional body.
