Exercise the Mind and Body Fitness Series Schedule, Summer 2024

Beginning Wednesday, July 10, Harvard Square’s beloved The Charles Hotel is thrilled to launch its Summer 2024 Exercise the Mind and Body Fitness Series. Partnering with local, beloved fitness studios, BREATHE Cambridge, Fresh Pond Taiji, and Barre & Soul, hotel guests and the community are invited to enjoy a rotating list of complimentary classes, including HITT (High Intensity Workout Training), Pilates, Taiji and Yoga.
Wednesdays at 6 PM: Yoga with BREATHE Cambridge
Fridays at 8 AM: Intro. to Taiji with Fresh Pond Tajii
Saturdays at 11 AM: HIIT: BREATHE Cambridge’s signature Pilates or Strength formats
Sundays at 9 AM: Yoga with Barre & Soul
