Exploring Voiceovers Workshop *Online*

Have you been told you have a great speaking voice? Have you wondered how to monetize it working in voice-over, but don’t know how to begin? Join us to learn essential strategies for pursuing the craft of voice over. You’ll get candid, insider tips on working as a VO actor. We’ll discuss VO acting techniques, making great VO demos, home studios with marketing strategies. You’ll have an opportunity to perform a commercial and get professional feedback in a nurturing, fun, no-pressure environment. You’ll leave the workshop with an action-oriented game plan!

INSTRUCTOR
Nancy Halpin
Nancy Halpin is a Voice Actor and Producer. She maintains a full service digital audio recording studio, from which she has been voicing and producing projects for a global clientele for over a decade.
Nancy holds a BA in Theatre and Communications from Temple University; Acting major, Classical Voice minor. She also studied acting in London at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. As such, Nancy’s VO teaching is informed by her own professional acting training with some of the world’s finest teachers of acting & vocal techniques including; The Actor’s Studio, Meisner, Strasberg, Stella Adler, The Royal Shakespeare Company & McClosky.
