Favorite Holiday Pies at CCAE

Fall into the season with pies. Share the love with your friends and family with homemade delicious pies. In this hands-on class, we will learn different techniques for making pie crusts and fillings. Each student will make 8” lattice apple pie, mini pumpkin pie, and mini chocolate mousse pie. We’ll make cranberry lime pie for sharing and chicken pot pie and quiche will be served for lunch. Take home your pies and recipes that are easy to replicate at home.
