Spend 90 minutes taking the guesswork out of wine and chocolate pairing with internationally renowned sommelier Bertil Jean-Chronberg. Through a playful series of tastings\, discover why sweetness\, bitterness\, acidity\, tannins and texture can make certain combinations surprisingly delicious\, and others frighteningly wrong. \nTaste different wines alongside a selection of Halloween chocolates and candies\, compare the combinations for yourself\, and learn a few simple principles you can use at home long after Halloween is over. \nAs always at Bonde\, expect serious wine without the seriousness: an intimate group\, plenty of tasting and conversation\, and a relaxed\, unpretentious atmosphere where experimentation is encouraged\, and questions are always welcome. \nDon’t be scared. It will be fun with 11 others one \n \nPlease inform us in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
