Harvard Square Open Market

11am – 5pm

Located between Massachusetts Avenue and lower Brattle Street, the market will highlight the work of over 45 artisans, designers and vintage vendors from across New England. Every Sunday until October 30^th, which the exception of July 3^rd (Independence Day weekend) and October 9^th (Harvard Square Oktoberfest), visitors will discover unique, retro, quirky, one-of-a-kind and hard to find items and gifts in a festive, European style street fair environment.

Shoppers to the Square and the “market” will also find eclectic and robust dining, shopping and entertainment options on Church Street, including, MOTTO, Bonde Fine Wine Shop, Swiss Watchmaker, Wholesome Fresh, Fjallraven, the Sinclair, Dunkin Donuts, Cambridge Artists Cooperative Gallery, Lizzy’s Ice Cream, SOURCE Restaurants, Raven Books, and the Christian Science Reading Room.

Christopher Masci, director of New England Open Markets said, “New England Open Markets serves over 1200 small businesses yearly, providing them with a venue for their talents and wares, and for the public, a unique shopping experience. Buyers meet the makers, the growers, the chefs, and learn a bit about the goods they are purchasing, where they originated, and how they were created.
