When married-to-the-job New York City cop John McClane (Willis) arrives in Los Angeles on Christmas Eve hoping to patch things up with his estranged wife (Bedilla), he instead walks into a dangerous hostage situation at a holiday party.

The stories of a barrelful of archetypal ‘90s characters intersect at Christmastime… all centered on a bag of fake ecstasy pills. Everyone seems to be having the worst night of their lives, until it turns out that they aren’t and everything is going to be OK in the drug-hazed morning after the biggest holiday rave of the year.

It’s just before Christmas in northern Finland, and an ‘archeological’ dig has just unearthed the real Santa Claus. Unfortunately, this monstrous version of Santa isn’t the one you want coming to town. A fantastically bizarre, wildly humorous nightmare, RARE EXPORTS is a darkly comic gem that re-imagines one of the most classic of all childhood fantasies.

Stanley Kubrick’s final film is a gorgeous Christmas-set film about a beautiful, wealthy couple (Cruise and Kidman) who pursue fantasies and assignations that call their devotion into question… and, in the husband’s case, put him in mortal danger.

While not expressly a holiday movie, the wintry setting makes Jim Jarmusch’s often hilarious and occasionally poignant NIGHT ON EARTH feel at home in this series. Starting in Los Angeles, the film takes a trip halfway around the world, tracking a variety of unique taxi rides in various cities on the same night.

Based on the 14th century epic Arthurian fantasy tale, David Lowery’s mythical film uses stylish cinematography and psychedelic visuals to create a bold retelling of Sir Gawain’s (Patel) struggle with honor when he is challenged by the mysterious Green Knight on Christmas Day.
