Mexican Tamales *In Person*
March 8, 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Join our tamalada pequneña, a small tamale party! Old and new join together as we learn traditional tips and techniques. We’ll make two types of tamales (one classic chicken+corn; and one vegetarian sweet potato+black bean) and learn about Masa and nixtamalization. We’ll also enjoy pico de gallo and micheladas and you’ll learn a secret for making pico de gallo in March that tastes like summer tomato salsal!
