Moroccan Cuisine

Discover the exotic and enticing cuisine of Morocco in this interactive online class. Join Chef Diane and learn how to make chickpea salad with Charmoula dressing, Moroccan chicken tangine, and vegetable couscous. We’ll finish the class with figs, pears, and honey for dessert. Let’s have fun and cook along. The list of ingredients needed and recipe packet will be sent prior to the class along with the Zoom link. You are also welcome to just watch and learn.
