SUMMARY:Mount Auburn Book Club: The Camera Does the Rest: How Polaroid Changed Photography
DESCRIPTION:Many local residents will remember the Polaroid Company based in Cambridge and the genius founder of the company\, Edwin Land. Join us for our discussion of “The Camera Does the Rest: How Polaroid Changed Photography” by Peter Buse (2016). Land is buried on Aronia Path. \n  \nThis event will be held in Story Chapel. We will break into small groups for a discussion of the book\, followed by a walk out to Edwin H. Land’s grave. For any questions\, please contact friends@mountauburn.org \nEach month\, the Mount Auburn Book Club meets to discuss a selected work related to one of Mount Auburn’s many facets. Selections range from books on history\, natural history\, horticulture\, art\, architecture\, preservation\, and wildlife to books written by or about those now buried and commemorated here. \nRegister Now >>
