SUMMARY:Projecting Tactics and Mindset Workshop with Louis Parkinson
DESCRIPTION:Known worldwide for his energetic and dynamic climbing style and his work on mindset with climbers\, Louis Parkinson is a former member of the GB climbing team and has been coaching for over a decade. During this 1 hour workshop\, Louis will share the various problem solving and execution tactics he’s worked on with his students over the years\, as well as various aspects of mindset to help us withstand doubt and frustration when a climb feels particularly hard. Arrive for this session warmed up enough to pull on hard projects – you’ll be spending the session trying 3 different project climbs of varying style – Louis will be spending time with each student to give specific guidance on their projects\, as well as bringing the group together for regular discussion breaks to talk through specific ideas around tactics and mindset.
