Known for our mouthwatering ribs that keep guests coming back for more, we’re excited to share our expert techniques to help you achieve perfect, fall-off-the-bone results every time. Our Owner & Pitmaster, Andy Husbands, will showcase five distinct styles of ribs, providing hands-on instruction and answering all your burning questions about smoking and competition-level BBQ. As with all our classes, you’ll also enjoy a guided whiskey demonstration. To top it off, each guest will receive a comprehensive recipe packet featuring all the class recipes—including cocktails—so you can recreate the experience at home.
