The gamut of sherry ranges from pale\, bone dry manzanillas\, through amber-hued\, sleek amontillados\, all the way to dark olorosos\, with a few more in between. The perfect accompaniment to tapas\, suppers\, and nightfall itself\, Sherry is worth knowing intimately. \nWe’ll dispel the silly myths as we taste and discuss six different Sherries in this 90 minute class.
