Join us for a tailgate-ready class where Andy shares tips and tricks to get you ready for the big game\, so you don’t miss a single snap. \nAndy will walk attendees through a full lineup of crowd-pleasing game day classics\, from wings to a whole smoked pork butt\, plus the techniques to pull off a spread big enough to feed the whole tailgate. \nAttendees will walk away with a better handle on group-size smoking and grilling\, a take home recipe packet to recreate the menu at home\, and a taste of everything on the table. Plus\, we’re teaming up with Hannah’s Brewing for a beer pairing to go with the food. \nWhat Attendees Will Learn & Eat: \n\nSmoke Shop’s Famous Wings\nSteak & Cheese Hot Poppers\nSmoked Chili\nTexas Hot Link Patty Sliders\nWhole Smoked Pork Butt for the tailgate\, served with three sauces: Lexington-style BBQ sauce\, The Glaze\, and Gold Medal\n\n  \n\nPLUS a beer tasting featuring brews from Melrose’s own Hannah’s Brewing. \nAbout Hannah’s Brewing \nHannah’s Brewing is Melrose’s first and only brewery. Dreamed up during the COVID Pandemic\, two Melrose alums decided to get back to their roots and set up shop in their hometown. With that in mind\, they named their establishment after two influential and supportive family members (conveniently both named Hannah). Doors opened in March of 2024\, with the goal to offer an array of quality beers to the community and make craft brewing accessible to the tight knit Melrose community.
