Forage restaurant, located just down the street from our store in Harvard Square, is best known for their zero waste kitchen practices and delicious pickled vegetables. At this event, you’ll learn about both!
Attendees will leave with Ball jars filled with their very own pickled vegetables. As Stan Hilbert, owner of Forage, gives instructions on proper pickling, he’ll also teach you how to get the most out of every grocery and ingredient.
