Park Sounds Boston Harvard Square
Friday, May 17th, 2019, 6 PM - 10 PM
Park Sounds Boston - a FREE public concert series - returns for it's third season to Winthrop Park in Harvard Square!
If you haven't already been stumbled across the only concert series that brings you the best of the Boston music scene for FREE, here's all you need to know: It's in a PARK!, it's ALL-AGES, you don't have to give us your email or sign up for anything, and it's a block from the Red Line in HARVARD SQUARE.
Back for it's third, jaw-dropping summer of public art and music in an urban park, Park Sounds celebrates the unveiling of new luminous artwork in historic Wintrhop Park by Ross Miller, creator of the much beloved lighted banners that brighten the winters in Harvard Sq.
May 17th headlined by June Bloom - featuring lo-fi dream-pop, psychedelic, and folk led by multi-instrumentalist Patrick Carr (New Review, Brother Toaster), season three kicks off at 6 PM with a beer and wine garden on Winthrop Street and free, ALL-AGES music with a Miriam Elhajli (I’m looking at you Joni Mitchell fans), Ali McGuirk (Yes really, Ali McGuirk free and all ages), and Coral Moons (what do you get when you cross a Millennial with a Baby Boomer?)
