BoConcept Cambridge -Urban Danish Design, will be welcoming a very special guest Sunday and Monday October 30th and 31st from 4 -6 pm. This is no ordinary guest, it is a ghost, a royal Danish ghost! HRH King Hamlet of Denmark (Ghost) will be sitting in our Regal Harvard Chair on our front window giving away Royal Danish chocolates from the house of Anthon Berg (by appointment to the royal Danish court)! BoConcept will also be offering plenty of treats throughout the weekend.

On October 30, Palaver Strings will be co-hosting a prix-fixe Dinner concert at Forage. This will be a three course dinner with optional wine pairings. Each course will be paired with a few musical selections performed by the group. The audience and guests will be asked to eat in silence as they eat each course which is created by Chef Eric Cooper, specifically to compliment the music being played. We will be playing a lot of pastoral and New England inspired music as Eric and Stan will be using New England ingredients and wines for the meal.
The cost is $75/person with wine pairing and $55/person without wine. They are doing two seatings of 40 people at 5:00pm and at 8:00pm. Palaver's website with Event information is here; the musical program that will be performed is:

Day of the Dead Evening Celebration 2016

Celebrate the Day of the Dead with a festive evening of music, food, and community. Remember departed ones in front of this year’s Día de los Muertos altar, savor traditional Mexican food, and enjoy the lively Mexican music of Veronica Robles y su Mariachi.
Special Event for adults ages 18 and over. Advance tickets required.

Day of the Dead Family Celebration 2016

Live mariachi music helps to make this a joyful event designed to remember and welcome back the spirits of loved ones. Decorate a sugar skull, make papel picado (cut-paper banners) and other artwork, and write a message to place upon the Día de los Muertos altar. View the community altar artwork by students from the Amigos School in Cambridge.
