This year’s festival will highlight the best in alternative, fringe, cult and truly independent (not Hollywood-lite) cinema. They will be screening a wide variety of features and shorts from around the world focusing on the edgiest dark comedy, drama, horror, experimental, documentary and animation. These films are definitely not coming soon to a theater near you and this may be the only time you can see them on the big screen with an eager appreciative audience!
Individual screenings are $8 general admission, $6 for students and seniors and $75 for an all-access festival pass. For a film listing of films and to buy advanced tickets see Festivals website: www.bostonunderground.org. You can also find more info about the Boston Underground Film Festival on Myspace, Facebook, and Youtube.
