Le Petit Salon Curl Concept was founded and is operated by curly hair expert Teo Sorce. Teo is an entrepreneur and expert stylist with over 20 years of experience in the salon and haircare industry. She is internationally trained in Manhattan, New York and Brazil. Teo has received extensive education in haircare including Goldwell Holliston Massachusetts Academy, KMS California, and Wella Education International. She is a curly hair expert trained in DevaCurl, Curlisto, and Ouidad techniques.

Teo has owned an operated Le Petit Salon & Spa in Central Square for 10 years. It has been her dream to open a salon focused solely on curly and textured hair. After honing her skills and growing her business, Teo decided to take the plunge by opening the only salon in New England serving clients with curly and textured hair. After years of hard work and after conducting a thorough search for the perfect location, Teo opened Le Petit Salon Curl Concept in Harvard Square.
