Natalia Titevalova: Independent Entrepreneur
Pastry Chef-Consultant
Natalia Titevalova, confectioner, individual entrepreneur, business development consultant in the food industry.
Starting my career in the hospitality industry, I progressed from a sales manager at companies such as Accor Hospitality and Tourico Holidays to a product manager at Hoist
Hospitality Partners, where I was responsible for developing product growth strategies and market analysis. This experience taught me an analytical approach, the ability to
build long-term strategies, and effective teamwork to achieve common goals. Working with international partners and markets (including collaboration with foreign
counterparties and overseas online banks in an investment company) helped me develop international cooperation skills and adapt to different business environments.
After a break, I returned to professional activities, realizing myself in the culinary field. I underwent extensive training with leading specialists in confectionery, from classic
desserts to modern decorating techniques, which enabled me to start my own business and manage a bakery and pastry shop. This experience developed my entrepreneurial
skills, ability to effectively manage a business, organize production, maintain accounting, and work with suppliers.
Currently, I continue to actively grow in this field by consulting home bakers and self-employed individuals, helping them legalize their businesses and optimize their
operations. I also conduct master classes and actively collaborate with the charitable foundation “Sozvezdiye Dobra (Constellation of Kindness)” helping teenagers
determine their career paths.
Several articles about me were published in leading media. I’m attaching herewith translation of publications.
My professional work “Educational program in confectionery for teenagers” was published in professional magazine.
