The Galante Architecture Studio, Inc.
The Galante Architecture Studio (TGAS) is a LEED accredited design studio offering professional services in architecture, planning, adaptive re-use, historic preservation and design. Theodore Galante, Principal, established TGAS in 1997 after ten years experience as a project architect and architect’s site representative.
Work of the Studio ranges from boutique level design projects to adaptive re-use planning. New England’s historic built environment has reinforced our work on many levels. Sensitive intervention within buildings on the National Registry of Historic Places, working with local and State level Historic Commissions are significant aspects of our work. New buildings, additions, and corporate interiors, define more contemporary projects. Selections of these highly detailed projects have been published in multiple National magazines.
TGAS’ design philosophy is based on distilling a building to its essential programmatic components thereby reaching expression in its clearest form. To date, the firm has completed numerous Public, Institutional, Commercial and Residential projects. By utilizing a broad knowledge of construction methods, TGAS is able to deliver projects on time and on budget. Our cost estimating results are in the range of 5% of actual costs. TGAS is fully equipped with state of the art Computer Aided Design systems and Internet capabilities. Our completed projects stand as testament to the seamless flow of information between owners, project teams, and contractors.
