CrossFit Boston comes to Harvard Square
Spend one hour exercising with CrossFit Boston on Palmer Street in Harvard Square. Participants will be coached proper technique in movements that will allow them to achieve their fitness goals of 2012 and beyond. There will be a short workout that attendees may participate in, followed by a more advanced workout to observe, and time for some Q&A.
