The IHOP in Harvard Square has closed permanently after two decades in business, the breakfast chain said.
A sign posted on the restaurant’s window at 16 Eliot St. in Cambridge this month read simply, “IHOP’s Cambridge location has closed.” IHOP franchisee Mark Justice confirmed the closure in a statement.
