Laverty Lohnes Properties is a real estate investment/development/management firm that owns and manages telecommunication/data storage, residential, retail, and commercial properties in Cambridge, MA, Greater Boston, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Florida.

The principals are Charles R. Laverty, Jr., C.A.E., and Paul R. Lohnes.

Charlie and Paul are two native Cantabridgians who had a mutual interest in real estate development. Meeting in the early 1970s, Charlie and Paul formed Laverty Lohnes.
