Sean Moore Wins First Prize

On Friday night, Feb. 27, 2015, at the Newton Art Center in Newton, MA. Sean Moore won first prize from a field of 100 paintings.

The paintings were exhibited in the roomy spaces of a converted church. Anticipation increased as several honorable mentions, then a third, second, and finally first Prize were announced as members and guests gathered around the stage.

A large crowd turned out to enjoy the event, despite transportation and parking problems caused by the seven plus feet of snowfall over the previous three weeks!
