Capital One Café hosts Financial Firsts Mixer for incoming students
The Capital One Café is helping first-year students navigate their financial transition to college with an interactive experience focused on financial empowerment. The Harvard Square Café will transform into a high-energy networking lounge for a Financial Firsts Mixer on Saturday, September 5th from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM ET.
First-year students and beyond are invited to complete a quick, four-zone circuit featuring real-world budget simulations and goal-setting activities. Along the way, participants will build their own First-Year Essentials Kit and pick up potential tips and tricks for managing their financial future. Completely free and open to everyone, whether you bank with Capital One or not.
Can’t make it? The Capital One Café is open 7 days a week with extended hours and offers a modern, welcoming space for students to grow their financial confidence, take care of everyday banking with the support of friendly Ambassadors, and learn of tools and resources that could help enable their lifestyle.
