Pura Vida is more than a name, its a way of life.

The popular all-day Miami cafe, with over 40 locations, makes its New England debut! The cafe just received approval for a 4,100-square-foot space in Harvard Square. With locations in New York, this will not be the first Northeast location for Pura Vida, but it will be the first in the Northeast, coming straight to the Boston area!

About Pura Vida

The Pura Vida mission is to provide delicious and healthy food and beverage. The tagline for the Miami-born company is “welcome to another day in paradise where health is happiness.” The fast-casual chain opened in the South of Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach in 2012, founded by husband-and-wife team Omer and Jennifer Horev.

Pura Vida makes it easy to eat the rainbow. The restaurant serves items such as fresh bowls, signature salads, fresh-pressed juices, wraps, sweet treats and more. Pura Vida is an all-day cafe, so guests are welcome to stop by for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Expect blue spirulina lattes, beet-stained milks, fresh crisp bowls inspired by the tropical refreshing flavors of Miami, like hydrating acai bowls and ahi tuna salads.

The space includes capacity for 88 guests, with plans to add seasonal al fresco dining with Pura Vida’s signature ice blue tasseled umbrellas. The cafe is slated to open at 95 Mount Auburn Street; an opening date has yet to be announced.
