More than seven months after a dishwasher malfunction forced the closure of Charlie’s Kitchen, owner David Oshima says the fate of the iconic Harvard Square restaurant remains tied to an insurance settlement that has yet to be finalized.
“We’re waiting for insurance. That’s the biggest thing,” he said.
